Features

Email Validator

The Email Validator helps you clean your email lists before sending campaigns. It checks each email address to determine if it is valid, invalid, or risky.

How It Works

The validator performs several checks on each email address:

  • Syntax check – Verifies the email format is correct
  • MX record lookup – Checks if the domain has valid mail exchange records
  • SMTP verification – Connects to the mail server to verify the mailbox exists
  • Disposable email detection – Identifies temporary or throwaway email addresses

Validating Emails

  1. Go to Email Validator from the sidebar.
  2. Upload a text file or CSV containing email addresses (one per line).
  3. Click Start Validation.
  4. The validator will process each email and show results in real time.

Results

After validation, each email is categorized as:

  • Valid – The email address exists and can receive mail
  • Invalid – The email address does not exist or the domain has no mail server
  • Risky – The email might be a catch-all address or disposable email

Exporting Results

You can export the results as separate files for valid, invalid, and risky emails. This makes it easy to clean your list by only keeping the valid addresses for your campaigns.

Why Validate?

Sending to invalid email addresses increases your bounce rate, which can damage your sender reputation and lead to deliverability issues. Regular list validation helps maintain a healthy sending reputation.
