PowerMTA Management

PowerMTA Management

PMTAcore automates the entire PowerMTA installation and configuration process. Select a server, pick your PMTA version, enter your domain and SMTP credentials, and the app handles everything — OS detection, dependency installation, PMTA setup, firewall rules, DKIM key generation, and service startup.

What It Does

  • One-click PowerMTA installation on AlmaLinux 8/9 and Rocky Linux 8/9
  • Supports PMTA versions from 4.5r1 to 6.0r3
  • Automatic OS detection and dependency installation
  • Firewall configuration for mail ports
  • DKIM key generation and DNS record output
  • SMTP credential configuration during install
  • Two installation modes: Single Domain and IP Rotation
  • Real-time installation progress with live output
  • Saves installation details including DNS records for later reference

Installation Modes

Single Domain — Standard setup using one IP and one domain. Best for low to medium volume sending or when you are just getting started. Simple and straightforward.

IP Rotation — Uses all available IPs on the server, each with its own domain. PMTAcore automatically configures PowerMTA virtual MTAs and a rotation pool so emails are distributed across all IPs in round-robin. Best for high volume sending where you need to spread the load.
